SAP Logistics Consultant

Support and accompany the implementation project of the SAP S/4HANA logistics modules, with full focus on procurement, maintenance, and inventory management processes.

The SAP Consultant will serve as the professional link between business unit requirements and system implementation.

Procurement Processes:

Analysis, design, and support of procurement processes implementation – from purchase requisition to invoice receipt, including vendor and contract management.

Maintenance Processes:

Design and implementation of maintenance and asset processes, including preventive and corrective maintenance, and maintenance team management.

Inventory Management:

Implementation of warehouse inventory management processes, inventory movements, stock counts, and catalog management.

Solution Review:

Validate the alignment between the delivered solution and logistics requirements, and lead gap analysis and resolution with the vendor.

Integration and Data Migration:

Support and guidance in inventory, assets, and vendor data migration processes.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

Creation of test scenarios, support of testing teams, and accompaniment of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Job Requirements

• Proven experience of at least 5 years in implementing SAP logistics modules (MM / PM / IM) – mandatory
• Strong logistics understanding with deep knowledge of procurement, maintenance, and inventory management processes – significant advantage
• Proven experience in leading functional design processes with business users – mandatory
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects – significant advantage
