We're looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. As an SDR at Cymbio, you will be responsible for generating top-of-funnel opportunities with brands to add to our all-star roster of customers.

You will have the opportunity to work with and learn from some of the leading names in retail and e-commerce. Your goal is to spread the Cymbio gospel by speaking with decision-makers, understanding how their business operates, and identifying areas where Cymbio can enhance its sales and brand awareness. You will work with a team of great people, helping to nurture the growth and happiness of our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting - identifying potential companies and contacts, building lists, preparing cadences
  • Cold calling - 2-3 hours per day, making cold calls
  • Multi-touch communication tactics across email, phone, LinkedIn, etc with prospective customers
  • Have a complete understanding of Cymbio's target market
  • Work closely with all members of the sales team to strategize on targeted accounts to help drive revenue
  • Properly communicate Cymbio’s key advantages and handle objections
  • Generate high-quality new business meetings with target companies and decision-makers

Requirements:

  • Native English - a MUST
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • 1-2 years of experience in a Business Development/SDR/Sales role in SAAS B2B global companies
  • A self-starter, driven, dynamic, eager to learn
  • Confident in speaking with strangers and accepting rejection
  • Experience using sales tools like Hubspot, Salesloft, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Nooks, etc.
  • Experience in retail and/or e-commerce - Advantage
  • Working days: Monday-Friday (EST hours)
