A large scientific organization located in Rehovot is seeking an Audio & Video Domain Expert.

Responsibilities:

• Ongoing support and maintenance of a Cisco-based telephony and multimedia environment
• Configuration changes and setup of IP phones
• Ongoing support for call center telephony systems
• Support of the institute’s video infrastructure
• Working with external vendors and monitoring service quality

Job Requirements:

• CCNA Cisco Collaboration certification – mandatory
• Proven knowledge and at least 3 years of experience working in a CUCM environment
• Full proficiency with all services (UCCX, Unity, Xway, Presence, WebEx, Cisco Gateways)
• Experience working with communication/network equipment and familiarity with Cisco video systems
• Experience working in a secure network environment
• Strong knowledge of voice protocols (SIP), ports, and system configurations
• Full proficiency in both English and Hebrew
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Self-learning ability and capability to adapt to new technologies
• High-level interpersonal communication skills and strong service orientation
• Willingness to work beyond standard working hours when required
