**Role Description
**

This is a full-time hybrid position for a Digital Marketing Manager based in Haifa, with the flexibility to work partially from home. Responsibilities include developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing social media campaigns, overseeing lead generation initiatives, analyzing web analytics to measure performance, and ensuring impactful online presence. The Digital Marketing Manager will collaborate across teams to drive customer engagement and brand growth.

**Qualifications
**

• Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing, including strategy execution and campaign optimization.
• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation to grow online presence and reach targeted audiences.
• Experience with Marketing and Web Analytics to measure campaign performance and inform data-driven decisions.
• Proven ability in leadership, team collaboration, and project management within a hybrid work environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
• Familiarity with SEO practices, content management systems, and CRM tools is an advantage.
• Previous experience in B2B marketing, advertising, or similar industries is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
