Job Description

As an Algorithm Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing cutting-edge wireless communication and signal processing algorithms that are at the heart of our technology.

Your responsibilities will include solving complex algorithmic challenges, researching and analyzing communication protocols, and implementing real-time solutions that enhance our capabilities in wireless threat detection for airspace and perimeter protection. You will conduct research to identify optimal algorithms, validate them, and develop efficient, real-time code to bring your solutions to practical applications.

What you will do

• Algorithm Development: Design, develop, and optimize algorithms to solve complex problems in various domains.

• Research: Conduct a thorough literature review and research of communication protocols to stay abreast of the latest advancements and incorporate best practices into your work.

• Validation: Implement and validate algorithms, ensuring accuracy and robustness before deployment.

• Real-Time Coding: Write efficient and reliable, real-time code to implement algorithms in practical applications.

• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including data scientists, software engineers, and researchers, to integrate algorithms into larger systems and projects.

• Problem Solving: Tackle challenging algorithmic problems and develop innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients and projects.

• Documentation: Create clear and comprehensive documentation for developed algorithms, code, and research findings.

What you bring

• Advanced degree (at least M.Sc. with thesis, preferably Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Physics, Math, Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 7 years of experience in wireless communication and signal processing.

• Proven experience with time-series, spectral, and spatial datasets.

• Good understanding of Estimation Theory and Statistical Signal Processing.

• Strong programming skills (especially in Matlab and Python).

• Proven experience with real-time and embedded platforms that utilize SDR, FPGA, CPU, and GPU.

• Intellectual curiosity, self-motivation, and ability to communicate within and across teams.
