Job Overview:

Cardo Systems, the global market leader in wireless communication systems for powersports and outdoor helmets, is seeking an experienced OEM Product Manager to join our team. The role focuses on managing OEM projects, requiring strong collaboration, technical, and business skills to deliver innovative solutions for our partners. Full-time position in a hybrid model (from the company’s offices in Raanana/from home), reporting to the VP of Product Management and working closely with the VP of Business Development.

Roles & Responsibilitie**

sProduct Strategy and Developmen

• tContribute to the development of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with OEM partner requirements, market demands, and business goals
• .Write detailed PRDs and align R&D, Marketing, and Operations on each project’s needs
• .Collaborate closely with the Inbound Project Managers and other internal teams to communicate product requirements and ensure technical feasibility
• .Work with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure a unified product development and messaging approach
• .Support business development efforts by participating in product presentations and technical discussions with OEM partners
• .Identify opportunities to expand existing partnership
• sProvide OEM customers with proactive updates on product changes, firmware releases, and roadmaps
• .Work with the VP BD to structure deals that balance technical feasibility with profitabilit
• yOwn the costs of OEM products and work closely with relevant stakeholder
• sCreate technical documentation and training materials for the partner's distributor network, teaching them how to sell and install the integrated system
