We are looking for a results-driven Freelance Technical Recruiter to join our network. This is a flexible, remote role ideal for a sourcing expert who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a deep understanding of the tech landscape.

The Role

As a Freelance Technical Recruiter, you will act as a critical partner in our talent acquisition process. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and pre-screening top-tier technical professionals for our diverse portfolio of clients. You will work closely with our core team to understand specific hiring needs and deliver a high-quality candidate pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing Excellence: Use advanced Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche platforms (Stack Overflow, GitHub, etc.) to identify passive technical talent.

Full-Cycle Sourcing: Manage the initial stages of the recruitment funnel, from initial outreach to in-depth screening calls.

Technical Vetting: Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' technical skills (e.g., Software Engineering, DevOps, Data Science) and cultural alignment with our clients.

Candidate Experience: Act as a brand ambassador for Urban Recruits, ensuring a professional and engaging experience for every candidate.

Market Insights: Stay updated on tech industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive landscapes to provide strategic advice to the team.

Requirements

Experience: 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment (agency or in-house).

Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of various tech stacks, including Backend, Frontend, Fullstack, Mobile, and DevOps.

Sourcing Skills: Proven track record of successfully filling complex technical roles using creative sourcing strategies.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English (Hebrew is a plus).

Self-Starter: Ability to work independently in a freelance capacity while meeting agreed-upon delivery targets.
