We’re hiring a hands-on, data-savvy Marketing Operations Manager to own our infrastructure and day-to-day execution.

You should love making things work, connecting tools, managing data, improving processes, and supporting an active marketing team.

ORTRA is Israel’s leading producer of large-scale conferences and events, working with medical associations, government bodies, associations, and corporate clients.

We deliver full-service project management, content coordination, and inbound tourism and delegate hospitality solutions.

🎯 What You'll Be Doing

You'll be joining a growing marketing team with a dual mission:

📍Promoting our conferences and events to drive participation, partnerships, and exposure.

📍Marketing the company itself to potential clients, partners, and stakeholders in the B2B space.

Your job is to build and run the marketing engine that supports both.

• Manage CRM, email platforms, analytics, and contact databases
• Connect website forms, tracking tools, and campaign systems
• Run day-to-day marketing ops: newsletters, tagging, contact lists, cross-team support
• Build automations to support leads, segmentation, and nurture flows
• Monitor data quality and reporting consistency
• Work with SEO and digital agencies to track and improve performance
• Improve internal processes and keep documentation up to date

🛠️ Tools You'll Work With:

• CRM: Zoho, Hubspot, Salesforce, Monday (or similar)
• Email & automation: Smoove, ActiveTrail (or similar)
• Website systems: Wix, WordPress, Webflow
• Analytics: Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets dashboards

✅ You Might Be a Fit If You...

• Have 3+ years of experience in marketing operations
• Have hands-on experience working with tools like Zoho, Hubspot, Monday, ActiveTrail, or similar marketing & Ops. platforms, including building CRM-integrated automations and marketing workflows
• Are organized, resourceful, and love to get things done
• Enjoy building marketing systems from the ground up
• Communicate clearly and work well across teams
• Are detail-oriented and always looking to improve
• Like trying new tools to work smarter and faster
• Fluent or near-native proficiency in English

🌟 Bonus Points For:

• Experience in B2B or event-based organizations
• CRM setup or marketing infrastructure experience
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini, Base44, Copilot, Zapier, Make)
