**Requirements:

The Project Manager is responsible for end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, governance, and technical oversight capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivery & Planning: Build project management plans, maintain project schedules, and run iterative delivery.
• Governance, Risk & Quality: Establish governance forums, maintain RAID trackers, and apply RASCI principles.
• Technical Coordination: Coordinate development, integration, and testing across OTT platforms.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Engage internal teams and vendors, manage communication and change requests.
• Commercials & Compliance: Support SoW creation, manage budgets, and ensure documentation compliance.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Experience in media/OTT domain.
• Strong governance and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with Agile methods (Scrum/Kanban).
• Usage of Jira and Confluence tools.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English
