Accountabilities

• Develop and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for communications features.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B/B2C SaaS environments.

• Strong analytical skills with a focus on business outcomes and performance metrics.
• Deep empathy for users, understanding workflows, friction points, and opportunities for delight.
• Ability to make decisions independently in ambiguous situations and maintain momentum.

• Understanding of customer operations, particularly in margin-sensitive or high-volume environments.
