🚀 First Opportunity in Recruitment | Recruitment Coordinator – STAFFIN

STAFFIN is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our team and help manage the recruitment process from start to finish.

What you’ll do:

Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers

Work closely with contracts and agreements

Track and manage candidate status and recruitment workflows

Work with Excel at an advanced level (Pivot Tables, reports, data tracking)

Communicate daily in both English and Hebrew

What we’re looking for:

Administrative, operational, or recruitment experience – a plus

Strong Excel skills

High-level English proficiency – reading, writing, speaking

Organized, responsible, and able to work independently

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
