Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) | Relocation to EU

A global leader in stock exchange operations, is seeking an accomplished Group CFO to lead and scale its global finance function across 30+ international entities.

This is a high-impact executive role partnering with the Board and senior leadership to drive strategic growth in a complex, regulated environment.

The Group CFO will oversee all core finance areas, including strategy, planning, reporting, tax, treasury, and accounting, while playing a key role in IPO and M&A initiatives, capital structure, and investor engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a strategic business partner to the Board, CEO, COO, and Executive Leadership Team
• Lead global financial strategy, planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Oversee IPO, M&A, capital markets activity, and investor relations
• Ensure strong governance, internal controls, and public-company compliance
• Manage global treasury operations, cash flow, FX exposure, and banking relationships
• Lead financial reporting, audits, tax compliance, and month/quarter-end close
• Build, lead, and develop high-performing global finance teams
• Engage and manage external auditors, advisors, and financial institutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting; MBA required
• CPA required; Big 4 background strongly preferred
• 10+ years’ experience as CFO in a large, publicly traded organization
• Previous/Current senior finance role at a global regulated financial institution - must
• 14+ years’ total finance or accounting experience
• Proven expertise in global treasury, capital markets, and regulated environments
• Strong leadership presence with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
