Job Description

• Preparation and posting of journal entries
• Preparation of account analysis, roll forwards and other analysis required for the month end close, with additional financial and tax reporting requirements at quarter and year-end.
• Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with accounting standards
• Intercompany billing and reconciliations
• A/R and A/P aging and reconciliation
• Reconcile various accounts, including bank accounts and general ledger accounts, to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• Knowledge of SAP S4/Hana ERP system
• 3+ years public accounting experience or experience for a public company preferred
• Accounting experience in a manufacturing company preferred
• Ability to work with dynamic and changing requirements on a regular basis
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to work independently and have excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Must be adaptable to changes in the work environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables & Vlookup), Word and PowerPoint.
