🔹 PHY SW Team Manager | Kfar Saba 🔹

We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced, and passionate PHY Software Team Manager to lead the research and development of advanced, cutting-edge cellular communication solutions for 4G products.

🔧 What you’ll do:

• Lead a team responsible for real-time Physical Layer software development
• Take an active, hands-on role across the full development lifecycle – from design to end-to-end system integration
• Be deeply involved in architecture, implementation, validation, testing, and integration
• Work in a global, multi-site environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams

✅ What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in team management or technical leadership within software development
• Strong background in Digital Signal Processing (DSP) or PHY layer of cellular technologies (4G experience is a strong advantage)
• Experience with wireless communication systems
• Solid knowledge of C and/or C++
• Experience in real-time software development on Linux, including multi-processor platforms
• Strong communication skills, team-oriented mindset, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and lead with a positive, professional attitude
• Fluent English

🎓 Education:

• BSc in Communication Engineering, Computer/Software Engineering, Signal Processing, or a related field – required
• MSc in one of the above disciplines – an advantage
