Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days in the office (Airport City), 2 days from home

Unilever, a global leader in consumer goods, is looking for a BI Analyst to join our team. This role involves ongoing collaboration with multiple stakeholders and broad exposure to analytical processes and data infrastructure within the division.

The BI Analyst will be responsible for diverse BI projects, creating reports, developing processes to improve business decision-making, and providing continuous analytical support to the division’s units. Additionally, the role includes managing and maintaining the division’s data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop BI reports and tools tailored to evolving business needs

• Collect and present business insights using BI tools, with a focus on Power BI

• Manage ETL processes within the division (data manipulation from various sources)

• Work with SQL across multiple databases

• Manage sales forecasts and target planning

• Support business insights generation through data analysis

• Perform data validation and process data from multiple sources

• Collaborate closely with commercial, marketing, and analytics teams

• Assist in developing monitoring and control tools for ongoing business activities

• Work closely with project managers and sales managers

• Participate in cross-divisional projects to improve processes

Requirements:

✔ Strong knowledge of SQL – mandatory

✔ Experience with BI tools – minimum 2 years, Power BI – advantage

✔ Experience with ETL tools: Salesforce/Databricks – advantage

✔ High proficiency in MS Office – mandatory

✔ Self-learning ability and independence

✔ Strong analytical thinking, accuracy, and attention to detail

✔ Excellent interpersonal skills and team collaboration

✔ High-level English – mandatory (working with global interfaces)

✔ Background in project management – advantage
