Sounds exciting? Then keep reading because we’re on the hunt for a talented Cloud & Customer Operations Specialist to join our Sales Operations team and ensure that customer-facing operations are executed accurately, efficiently, and in full alignment with internal procedures.

This role is central to the operational backbone of CloudZone, serving as a process gatekeeper, documentation owner, and cloud account administrator. It is well-suited to someone who is process-driven, tech-comfortable (but not technical), and passionate about operational integrity. This is a customer facing position in which you will guide customers through various processes of managing their cloud environment.

As a Cloud & Customer Operations Specialist at CloudZone, you will:

  • Ensure the completeness, accuracy, and compliance of deals and related documentation before processing them end-to-end in internal systems.
  • Operate and manage customer cloud accounts across vendor platforms (e.g., user access, account transfers, credential resets).
  • Own and update internal process documentation and support the creation of new operational processes.
  • Handle administrative requests from existing customers, including questions and changes related to their CloudZone-managed cloud environments.
  • Oversee the onboarding of new customers into CloudZone systems, ensuring smooth transitions and accurate setup.
  • Work with Sales and other internal teams to support commercial processes and ensure alignment across functions.
  • Serve as a key stakeholder in maintaining operational consistency and resolving cross-functional issues.

What you need:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in Business Operations, Sales Operations, or Administrative roles -ideally in a B2B tech or SaaS company - must.
  • Experience working at a cloud vendor or cloud reseller - strong advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - you're thorough, structured, and nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Proactive, self-starting mindset -you take initiative, own your responsibilities, and keep things moving without waiting for direction.
  • Customer-first & service-oriented approach - you support internal teams and external stakeholders with professionalism and urgency.
  • Problem-solving and process improvement skills - you identify inefficiencies and contribute to smarter, leaner workflows.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - you manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable with technology and systems, and experienced with Salesforce, ERP tools, or eager and quick to learn.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, for working with global teams.
  • Process-driven mindset - you appreciate structure, follow guidelines, and contribute to documentation and standardization.
