You will be responsible for the integrity of the company’s financial records, global financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance. This role ensures accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with US GAAP, leads audits and regulatory reporting, and builds scalable accounting processes to support growth.

Location - We work 4 days a week in our Haifa site

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and accurate consolidated financial statements
• Oversee statutory reporting for all legal entities
• Define and maintain global accounting policies under US GAAP
• Lead accounting for revenue recognition, inventory & cost accounting, equity & stock-based compensation, leases (ASC 842)
• Design, implement, and maintain internal controls
• Ensure compliance with local statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements
• Partner with Legal and Tax on governance matters
• Drive automation and close acceleration initiatives

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting – certified CPA
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Big 4 or top-tier public accounting background
• High integrity and ownership
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• NetSuite proficiency – an advantage
