As part of our Securities Operations domain, we’re looking for a Securities Back Office to support the day-to-day operational activities across local and foreign securities. This is an opportunity to join a growing digital bank, gain hands-on exposure to securities operations, and develop expertise in a complex, regulated financial environment

Your Day-to-Day:

• Support Back Office operations for local and foreign securities (Equities, Bonds, Mutual Funds)
• Assist with securities transfers, reconciliation, clearing, transaction processing, and corporate actions
• Handle payments to exchanges, suppliers, and customers
• Collaborate with TASE, brokers, custodians, and internal bank teams
• Work with multiple bank systems and interfaces (Legal, Back Office, IT)
• Learn and apply regulatory requirements for Israeli and foreign markets

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in financial services or Back Office operations (advantage)
• BA in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
• Basic understanding of securities trading and financial instruments
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• High level of English (spoken and written)
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a dynamic environment

Advantages:

• Knowledge of Securitise transfers and Clearing processes
• Exposure to Bloomberg / Reuters
• BI tools experience
