Job Requirements

• Experience:
  5+ years proven experience as a SW Architect or Tech Lead , with a strong background in software development and coding in various languages (e.g., C#, .NET, Java)

• Deep understanding of architectural frameworks and modeling tools

• Strong ability to translate business objectives and challenges into technical requirements and solutions.

• Adaptability, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences

• Hands-on experience with relevant technologies in the business unit’s domain (e.g., cloud platforms, databases, integration tools, microservices, security protocols).

• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.

• Demonstrated leadership, influencing, and stakeholder management skills

The following are a big plus:

• Leadership (or other managerial) experience

• Experience with Kotlin / Scala / Java

• Experience with micro-service ecosystems.

• Experience with event driven architecture

• A track record of successful project delivery

As a SW Architect at HiBob, you will play a pivotal role in designing scalable software solutions that align with our business objectives and with other departments in HiBob. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, cross sites, to make high-level design decisions, ensure the successful delivery of robust and innovative HR technology products.
