NVIDIA Networking Business Unit is looking for an experienced and hardworking Lab logistics operator. We are looking for service-oriented professional team player that also able to work independently to take care of multiple logistics and administrative tasks for our group.

What You'll Be Doing

• Take part of team's operations activities.
• Perform physical and administrative tasks related to ordering, receiving and registering the equipment.
• Maintain group's inventory in local and remote warehouses, collect, verify and ship the equipment between different labs and sites. Document and monitor the deliveries.
• Work with R&D people, global OPS, buyers and finance teams to get the equipment on time.
• Perform other administrative tasks and routines.

What We Need To See

• Relevant education or equivalent experience with ERP systems.
• 2-3 years of experience in logistic operations in multisite company.
• Motivated, well organized person that has ability to perform routine tasks while seeking for ways to improve and automate the processes.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Good English level (written and verbal).

Ways To Stand Out Of The Crowd

• Experience with ERP / SAP systems.
• Experience in logistics support of R&D teams.
• Familiarity with IT equipment (servers, switches, cables)
• Willingness to learn and develop.
