We are looking for a strategic and highly analytical Brand Manager to design and lead brand strategies in Israel. This is a unique opportunity to join a global organization and manage brand excellence from local strategy to global HQ collaboration.

In this role, you will:

• Lead Brand Strategy: Design marketing plans, drive digital activations, manage pricing, and build compelling business cases.
• Master Market Modeling: Analyze growth trends, provide market forecasts, and analyze consumer dynamics (Incidence & Consumption).
• Drive Sales & Trade: Design commercial programs, build trade mechanisms, and ensure brand consistency across all POSM.
• Manage Portfolios (NPD): Optimize current portfolios and lead new product development (NPD) from concept to launch.
• Financial & KPI Ownership: Analyze brand KPIs (Awareness, Equity, SOM & Vol) and provide financial recommendations to Management, Finance, and Global HQ (Geneva).

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Academic Background: B.A. in Business Administration, Economics, or Communications.
• Experience: 3–5 years of marketing experience, with a strong preference for FMCG and global organizational backgrounds.
• Analytical Mindset: Proven ability in market modeling, data-driven insights, and financial planning (ASP, LE, OL).
• Communication Skills: Excellence in English and Hebrew (verbal and written) for cross-functional and global HQ collaboration.
• Personality: A strategic thinker with a "hands-on" approach, high precision, and a passion for innovation.
