Browsi is a cutting-edge technology company specializing in optimizing ad placements for publishers. We are a global B2B SaaS company headquartered in Israel and New York, looking to bring on a full-time BDR. Our innovative AI-driven platform helps publishers enhance their ad inventory by intelligently identifying and utilizing untapped ad spaces to maximize revenue. As a growing player in the ad tech industry, we are expanding our footprint in the US and EMEA markets and are looking for driven individuals to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview:

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Browsi, you will be instrumental in identifying and generating sales opportunities through outbound outreach activities. Your primary goal will be to help Browsi extend its customer base by connecting with key decision-makers in the digital advertising space. We’re looking for someone who thrives under pressure, thinks creatively, and is skilled at having engaging and informative conversations with prospects. Success in this role requires self-motivation, a results-driven mindset, and a strong drive to exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Research, identify, and qualify potential clients, focusing on publishers and monetization companies in the digital advertising space.
  • Outreach: Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting, making cold calls and leveraging emails and social media to engage key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-up and communication with prospects.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and potential market opportunities to inform outreach strategies.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and product demos with qualified leads for the Account Executives, ensuring a smooth handoff for continued sales development.
  • CRM Management: Ensure successful follow-through of the sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in Salesforce CRM.
  • Feedback Loop: Provide insights and feedback from prospect interactions to help refine Browsi’s messaging, product offerings, and outreach strategies.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Browsi’s products, services, and value propositions to effectively communicate benefits to prospects and tailor messaging to their specific needs.

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience as a BDR/SDR from the Tech industry– Must
  • Proven experience working with B2B clients – Must
  • Fluent/Native in English – Must
  • Ability to cover U.S. business hours two days per week – Must
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo) – Must
  • Proven experience working in the Ad tech field – An advantage
  • Proficiency in additional languages- An advantage (e.g., Spanish, French, Italian)
  • Highly motivated, proactive self-starter with a demonstrated track record of prospecting success and exceeding quotas
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
