🚀 We’re hiring – Senior VLSI Design Engineer
An innovative technology company is looking for a Senior VLSI Design Engineer to take a key role in developing next-generation digital IPs, including DSP cores and hardware accelerators.
🔹 What you’ll do:
- Lead end-to-end VLSI design flow for advanced digital IPs
- Define architecture and micro-architecture for DSP cores and accelerators
- Develop RTL (Verilog / SystemVerilog) and support verification
- Work on synthesis, timing closure, and static timing analysis (STA)
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
- Take technical ownership of critical design blocks that go to silicon
🔹 What we’re looking for:
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering
- 5–10 years of experience in VLSI design
- Strong RTL design experience (Verilog / SystemVerilog)
- Hands-on experience with synthesis and timing analysis
- Familiarity with EDA tools (Synopsys, Cadence, Mentor)
- Deep understanding of digital design, SoC architecture, and low-power techniques
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
🔹 Nice to have:
- Background in signal processing or digital communication systems
- Scripting experience (TCL, Python)
