• Collecting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements in collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Translating business needs into HLD/LLD specifications and integration documents
• Providing business solutions using Salesforce platforms: Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud
• Salesforce implementation according to best practices, including permission management, objects, validations, Flows, reports, and dashboards
• Leading and managing tasks and projects, working closely with development, QA, implementation, and training teams
• Writing test documents and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Job Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering & Management, or a related field – mandatory

Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in CRM systems analysis and specification – mandatory
• Proven experience in writing detailed functional and technical specifications – mandatory
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce – mandatory
• Experience with Sales / Marketing / Service processes – a significant advantage
• Experience with development tools, SQL, and integration tools – a significant advantage
• Experience working with VS Code / DevOps – a significant advantage
