Join BUYME’s B2B Marketing team, Israel’s leading corporate gifting company, as a Product Marketing Manager. We are revolutionizing the employee gifting world through technology and are looking for a strategic marketer who will own the entire customer journey - from sign-up to retention.

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for a data-driven Product Marketing Manager with strong technological capabilities, automation skills, and a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for the full user lifecycle - from acquisition to retention - covering everything from top-of-funnel activities to ongoing engagement: driving registrations, activating new users, building continuous customer experiences, and reducing churn among companies and organizations across Israel, from SMBs to enterprises with thousands of employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mini-site (built on Webflow): Full ownership of the mini-site, including creating new pages, managing design and development vendors, and optimizing for conversions.
  • Marketing Automation (HubSpot): End-to-end responsibility for HubSpot - implementation, maintenance, optimization, workflow management, and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Go-To-Market (GTM): Creating GTM plans for launching new product lines, entering new customer segments, and launching new features to drive adoption and usage.
  • Educational Content: Building self-serve product education materials, including Help Center content, how-to guides, videos, and additional enablement assets.
  • Customer Journeys: Initiating, building, launching, managing, and optimizing automated customer journeys aimed at driving sign-ups, increasing activation rates, retaining existing customers, and reducing churn - including close integration with Sales and Customer Success teams.
  • Newsletters: Writing, building, segmenting, and sending newsletters that generate real business value.
  • Segmentation: Creating and maintaining smart, data-driven segments to improve campaign accuracy and marketing processes.
  • In-Product User Experience (WalkMe): Full implementation and management of in-product communication and guidance, including messages, notifications, and reminders, as well as building interactive onboarding experiences such as walkthroughs, tooltips, and other guidance components to drive optimal product adoption.
  • Paid Media Management: Ongoing management of the relationship with the external digital agency, including requirements alignment, strategy updates, and approval of monthly plans and paid campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, Google, etc.).
  • B2B Marketing Support: Addressing marketing needs for the business sector, including internal communications, banners, one-pagers, and more.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Digital Marketing roles.
  • Proven experience managing and optimizing campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta, Google, and other platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong ability to build complex customer journeys, measure performance, and optimize based on real data.
  • Strong analytical orientation with proven experience working with data, BI tools, and Excel to measure conversion, activation, and retention.
  • Technological mindset with the ability to lead and manage external vendors.
  • Strong marketing copywriting skills for newsletters, in-product messaging, and content pages.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills.

Advantages:

  • Experience with WalkMe or similar Digital Adoption Platforms (DAP).
  • Experience working with Webflow or similar website-building platforms.
  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS products.
  • Proven experience working with HubSpot.
