algorithm developer

responsibilities • engineer, refine, and validate complex signal processing models from initial conceptualization through to full implementation. • formulate and execute structured laboratory experiments, applying rigorous design of experiment (doe) methodologies. • facilitate the transition and translation of matlab-based algorithms into integrated software production environments. • author comprehensive technical documentation, including testing protocols, detailed algorithm specifications, and experimental reports. • partner with multidisciplinary r&d teams to drive research objectives and present technical milestones during formal task reviews. requirements • m.sc. in physics, engineering, or exact sciences (ph.d. is highly preferred). • minimum of 5 years of practical experience engineering and developing signal processing algorithms. • mandatory professional background within the medical device sector. • high-level proficiency in matlab programming and algorithm architecture. • proven track record of designing lab experiments, executing test protocols, and producing formal documentation. • solid foundational knowledge of wave phenomena, acoustics, and oscillations. • advantage: experience integrating matlab applications directly with data acquisition (daq) hardware. • advantage: domain expertise in medical ultrasound applications. • advantage: applied experience incorporating machine learning (ml) and artificial intelligence (ai) methodologies into algorithmic development.
