what you’ll be doing lead and manage multiple engineering teams, including team leads and senior engineers. mentor, coach, and develop engineers and engineering leaders, fostering a strong growth-oriented culture. take end-to-end ownership of delivery, quality, and reliability for your group’s products and services. translate high-level engineering and product strategy into clear execution plans and milestones. collaborate closely with product management to plan roadmaps, prioritize work, and align on scope and delivery. participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical and design decisions. implement, maintain, and continuously improve development processes (agile/scrum). play an active role in hiring, onboarding, and retaining top engineering talent. work closely with other engineering managers and senior leadership to ensure alignment across teams and domains.

requirements: 6+ years of hands-on software development experience. at least 2–3 years of experience managing engineering teams or multiple teams. experience with building teams - recruitments, mentorships, and building personal plans for the people. proven experience delivering complex full-stack saas applications, large-scale distributed systems. strong understanding of system architecture, cloud infrastructure, databases, security, and devops practices. strong understanding of front-end and backend development, system architecture, databases, security, and devops practices. experience working in agile/scrum environments and leading teams in fast-paced, high-growth settings. ability to balance hands-on technical involvement with people management and execution. strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with product, operations, and other stakeholders. full professional proficiency in english.

additional skills: experience in cybersecurity, data scraping, threat intelligence or security-focused saas products. background working in startup or scale-up environments. experience leading teams responsible for high-scale, high-availability systems. familiarity with cloud-native architectures, microservices, and modern ci/cd pipelines.
