we’re looking for an ai lead to lead the design and development of enterprise ai and generative ai solutions, with strong experience in sap environments.

this is an ai-focused role for someone who understands how to connect llms, ai agents, rag, apis, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications - while working closely with sap as a core business system.

what you’ll do : -lead the architecture and hands-on development of ai and generative ai solutions. -build solutions using llms, rag, ai agents, mcp, apis, and external ai services. -integrate ai platforms with sap, enterprise applications, data platforms, and cloud services. -take ai initiatives from poc to secure, scalable production solutions. -evaluate sap and non-sap technologies according to business and technical needs. -work with sap, data, cloud, architecture, security, and business teams. -provide technical leadership and mentor developers.

what we’re looking for: -hands-on experience developing ai or generative ai solutions. -experience with llms, rag, ai agents, apis, and enterprise integrations. -strong development background in python, java, javascript, typescript, or similar technologies. -3+ years of sap development experience. -strong hands-on abap development experience - mandatory. -experience with sap s/4hana and sap integrations. -broad architectural thinking and the ability to design end-to-end solutions. -experience leading technical activities or mentoring developers.
