bleader is a leading data & ai consulting and implementation company. we're recruiting on behalf of a large, well-known insurance organization an ai engineer to help us build and ship real genai products in production.

what you'll do:

• build llm apps, rag pipelines, and agentic workflows
• develop cloud-native microservices on aws
• own ci/cd and production deployment
• work end-to-end with product and engineering teams

requirements:

• 3+ years software development
• experience with llms / rag / genai
• strong aws skills (lambda, ecs, api gateway, secrets manager)
• microservices & distributed systems
• ci/cd experience
