we’re hiring pmo we are looking for an experienced pmo to join our team at trico. a key role in our growing company, in a major project for the construction of a semiconductor plant in india.   in this role, you will: • monitor project schedules, deliverables, budgets and kpis • identify gaps, risks, dependencies and resource constraints, and drive follow-up and mitigation • drive accountability across project and functional teams and ensure commitments are followed through • prepare clear and concise management reports, dashboards and performance updates • optimize pmo processes, tools and workflows to improve data transparency

requirements: education:  • bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or a related field. • pmp is advantage. experience:  • 5+ years in project or program management in construction (semi conductors is advantage) • at least 2–3 years specifically within a centralized pmo position. technical skills:  advanced proficiency with portfolio management platforms, data visualization tools (power bi, tableau), and financial tracking models.   skills: • proven track record of driving cross-departmental accountability and alignment among disparate team leads. • analytical problem-solving, evaluating complex portfolio metrics to accurately forecast completion dates, resource demands, and budget variances. • information system savvy   location: kiryat gat, israel. flexible hybrid work model
