About the Role:

We are looking for a hands-on, highly organized Supply Chain, Operations & Sales Coordinator to support and optimize our procurement, logistics, and sales administration processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in supply chain operations, sales support, and administrative tasks, and will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners. This is a key operational role that ensures smooth business flow and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement & Supply Chain Coordination

• Support end-to-end procurement processes: order placement, tracking, and vendor communication
• Coordinate international and domestic shipments, including handling import/export processes and customs documentation
• Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery
• Monitor inventory levels and support inventory forecasting
• Operate and update data in the Priority ERP system
• Maintain and update production work orders (WO) for manufacturing

Sales Administration

• Prepare and issue price quotations for customers
• Track and follow up on submitted quotations
• Manage receipt of customer orders (POs) and coordinate internal processing
• Issue internal approvals for invoice generation and coordinate with the finance team
• Maintain and update Hubspot CRM and sales-related databases

Operations & General Administration

• Manage daily office operations: purchasing office supplies, vendor coordination, and general team support
• Assist in scheduling, calendar management, and coordinating internal and external meetings
• Provide administrative support to the management team as needed
• Collaborate with the finance team on purchasing and invoice processing
• (Optional) Support payroll processing and liaise with accounting if needed

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, operations, sales administration, or office management
• Familiarity with import/export processes and customs clearance
• Experience preparing quotations and managing sales order processes
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Priority – an advantage)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English (written and verbal)
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Proactive approach to identifying and solving problems
• Advantage: experience supporting payroll processes or working with accounting teams
