Help Desk Support (Tier 1‑2)

As a Help Desk Support , you will deliver technical phone support to customers and internal users from our Yokneam office. You will collaborate closely with system implementers in the field, IT managers, and system administrators to resolve issues quickly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1‑2 phone support for end users and customers
• Diagnose and resolve user incidents, infrastructure issues (servers), and perform system installations on customer servers
• Communicate with field implementers, IT managers, and system engineers to ensure smooth resolution of technical issues
• Work full‑time, Sunday–Thursday, 09:00–18:00

Requirements

• Strong technical knowledge and hands‑on experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems – must
• Previous experience in technical support / Help Desk – must
• Familiarity with Priority ERP – advantage
• Experience with IIS – advantage
• B.Sc. in Information Systems or professional training in networking/system administration – advantage
• Experience with SQL databases – advantage
• Background in mobile or web environments – advantage
• Understanding of logistics concepts/processes – advantage
• High motivation, quick self‑learning ability, and strong customer‑service orientation
