We are seeking a brilliant Product Manager for our product experience team in Tel Aviv. This pivotal role, requiring business and technical skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and excellent interviewing and facilitation techniques, will play a crucial part in our growth. You will lead initiatives that address key pain points for our field users, significantly impacting our success.

Responsibilities

• Own, shape, drive and align the way our field (mobile) users interact with our tools
• Collaborate with internal product teams and external stakeholders to create a cohesive platform approach for a best-in-class mobile experience
• Refine and prioritize needs to align engineering teams with project scopes, objectives, and requirements.

Job Requirements

• 4+ years as a SaaS Product Manager, preferably with cloud solutions for business process management.
• Experience working on native mobile apps
• B.S. or M.S. in Engineering or a related field.
• Strong decision-making and proactive communication skills with all stakeholders.
• Team player with a collaborative nature.
• Technical fluency in engineering concepts and tradeoffs.
• Persuasive, motivating, and able to engage at all levels.
• Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and drive teams towards execution.
• Excellent English (written and spoken). Willingness to travel internationally.

Advantages

• Familiarity or background in construction or architectural space – a huge advantage!
• Experience in working on platform services in large organizations.
• Experience working with large-scale distributed systems.
• Programming experience.
