**We are looking for an experienced IT Specialist to manage and maintain our office infrastructure, networks, and IT assets. The role includes overseeing security policies, providing HelpDesk support to on-site and remote employees, managing licensing and IT inventory, and handling procurement of equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in networking, and security protocols, with proven experience managing IT projects and working independently or as part of a team.

**As part of your duties, you will be responsible for:

**1. Manage and monitor office infrastructure: Ensure smooth functioning of the Igentify office infrastructure, including servers, networks, and related equipment.

• Manage licensing and IT assets: Oversee Igentify’s IT assets inventory and licensing, ensuring proper tracking and compliance with licensing agreements.
• Enforce security policies: Implement and enforce the company’s security policies as per the ISMS (Information Security Management System).
• Provide HelpDesk services: Deliver HelpDesk support to all Igentify employees, both at the main office and remote locations.
• Procure IT equipment: Purchase IT equipment and accessories, ensuring timely acquisition and adherence to budget constraints.
• Maintain IT inventory: Manage hardware, software, and licensing inventory, ensuring accurate records and up-to-date systems.
• Oversee office networking and infrastructure: Manage office networking and infrastructure, ensuring compliance with approved procedures.

Requirements:

The required experience & skill set:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar IT specialist/ administration or infrastructure role.
• Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience managing domains, networks, firewalls, Entra ID, m365, VPNs, and switches.
• Security Awareness: Familiarity with IT security policies and ISMS practices.
• Self-Learning: Strong ability to quickly learn and adopt new technologies and tools.
• Teamwork: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Project Management: Proven experience in leading IT projects from requirements gathering through implementation.
