_**abra R&D is seeking for an IT Team Lead.
**_We are looking for a Team Leader to manage and lead the Network and Multimedia Team, which includes 5 employees across multiple nationwide sites.
A full-time, on-site position, based in central Israel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead improvement and efficiency initiatives in the fields of communication and multimedia, including communication hubs, meeting rooms, and command & control centers.
- Take ownership of multimedia standards across the division, including coordination with vendors, customers, and manufacturers.
- Manage communication equipment inventory, including upgrades of communication nodes and hubs.
- Lead projects and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
Requirements:
- Certified Practical Engineer (CPE) or B.Sc. in a relevant technical field. Cisco CCNA certification.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in communication and multimedia within a large organization.
- At least 2 years of team management and multidisciplinary project leadership
- Proven experience in configuring Cisco and Arista communication equipment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong documentation skills – writing SOPs and maintaining operational control routines
