We are looking for a candidate with 3 years of experience and a bucketload of passion for the startup ecosystem to join our team.

Responsibilities

As a Director of Global Sales Development at IMA you will:

• Be part of the company leadership team.

• Work in close relationships with the CEOs & founders who lead our Industry.

• Manage a team of Enterprise Biz Dev Managers.

• Manage the full cycle of hiring and training for the Biz Dev team.

• Manage the most advanced Sales-Marketing AI platform stack in the industry.

• Manage IMA’s business relationships with large corporate partners: Tech, Banks, Insurance companies, Retail, Tech, and various strategic partners globally.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a Head of SDR/BDR.
• Highly competitive and results-driven, relentlessly focused on exceeding pipeline and revenue goals.
• Previous experience with enterprise customers, Fortune 1000, and C-Level executives.
• Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing SDR/BDR teams in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.
• Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and experience engaging with C-level executives.
• Experience working in or with companies that have mature sales processes (e.g MEDDIC, SPIN)
• Data-driven mindset with experience using Salesforce and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Gong, Clay, Salesloft, Outreach).
