We're looking for Business Project Manager for our Visual Intelligence Radar System at our Airborne Systems Division at ELTA.

The position includes:

• Leading the full lifecycle of a Visual Intelligence Radar project, covering development, production, and delivery
• Matrix management of a multidisciplinary team: system, hardware, software, mechanical engineers, and more
• Managing broad interfaces: coordinating subcontractors, maintaining ongoing communication with the client and the project’s prime contractor
• Overseeing work plans, risk management, procurement, supply chain, and project progress
• Meeting project targets in profitability, timeline, and customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For:

• Academic degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Exact Sciences – required
• At least 3 years of experience in business project management or system engineering in a development program worth at least $10 million
• Proven experience working directly with clients in Israel and/or abroad – required
• Strong command of English – reading, writing, and speaking
• Background in radar systems – advantageous
