Project Manager – COMINT Systems | Ashdod | IAI – ELTA Systems

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead large-scale COMINT intelligence system projects with a financial scope of tens of millions, within IAI’s ELTA Intelligence, Communications, and EW Division.

The position includes:

• Managing project plans and ensuring adherence to schedules and milestones

• Tracking budgets and financial performance

• Maintaining ongoing communication with project clients

• Leading multidisciplinary matrix teams (systems, software, and mechanical engineers, etc.)

• Managing relationships with suppliers and subcontractors within ELTA, IAI, and abroad

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Exact Sciences – required

• Master’s degree in Business Administration – an advantage

• At least 3 years of proven experience managing business projects exceeding $5M – required

• Knowledge or experience in RF systems – strong advantage

• Experience leading teams and managing matrix personnel – required

• Willingness to work overtime – required

• Experience working with subcontractors – required

• Experience managing defense-related projects – an advantage

• Availability for international travel – required

• Full proficiency in English, including technical English – required
