Open Position at PRT Technologies - Priority Implementation Project Manager

(Note: Relevant only for residents of Israel, no Priority ERP experience required)

Responsible for delivering the following results:

- Getting a satisfaction rating of 8.5 or above (on a 1-10 scale) from clients after delivery of Priority ERP projects that meet their requirements

- Receiving a satisfaction rating of 8.5 or above from clients after training client team members on all modules of Priority, especially financials

- Successfully troubleshooting and solving issues clients have with Priority within 3 days, and within 1 day for critical issues

- Projects for clients went live with requirements met, on time and within budget

- Definitions for software customizations that:

o meet client requirements and

o are bug free when released to clients

You are responsible for creating the definition, testing and training the client team, while our development team does the development.

Required qualities:

- Positive, solution focused attitude

- Ability to listen to clients and communicate effectively with them

- Quick technical grasp

- Excellent English and Fluent Hebrew

Location & Schedule:

- Most work will be done from our offices at 2 Hanofar St. Ra'ananna or at clients’ offices. Most Israeli clients are located between Ashkelon and Haifa. There will be remote work with clients in the USA, UK and worldwide.

• Our standard work schedule is 9-5 on Sundays, 9-6 Mon-Thu
• For the first 12 months you can expect to work 4 days a week at the office and one from home
• Later around once a week on average you will be onsite with a client, one day a week working from home and 3 days a week at the office
