We're an early stage, well funded startup, We’re on a mission to revolutionize Identity and Access Management (IAM), building the ultimate IAM platform for modern organizations. We're looking for a senior software Engineer to join our core team.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll join at a foundational stage and help shape the system architecture, scalability, and performance of our core platform. This is more than a typical engineering role, it’s a unique opportunity to help build a world-class product alongside a focused, high-caliber team.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement scalable backend services and APIs
• Lead feature development from design through deployment
• Solve real-world performance and scaling challenges
• Collaborate closely with frontend engineers, product designers, and security experts
• Help build a culture of engineering excellence, ownership, and continuous learning

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of backend development experience
• Strong proficiency in Go, Python or similar languages
• Experience working in production cloud environments (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
• Familiarity with databases like MongoDB and relational DBs
• Knowledge of containerized environments (e.g., Kubernetes)
• Infrastructure-as-code experience (Terraform, Pulumi) - a plus
• Background in identity, access management, or cybersecurity- a plus
• Experience in early-stage startups or building products from 0 to 1- a plus
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset
• Passion for clean code, good architecture, and secure systems
• Interest in distributed systems and large-scale backend infrastructure
