Speak Up English provides private and small group English lessons to children and adults, both in-person and online. Our programs are designed to meet the unique needs of each student, helping them achieve their language goals. Based in Haifa, Israel, our mission is to empower students through effective and enjoyable English education.

Role Description

This is a 70%-100% full-time role for a רכזת חוגים ואדמיניסטרציה. The role is on-site and located in Haifa (in our Hadar office). Day-to-day tasks include coordinating and managing group classes, handling administrative duties, scheduling lessons, maintaining school records, and communicating with students and parents. The role also involves supporting the teaching staff and ensuring the smooth operation of the school.

Work hours approximately Sunday-Thursday between 9:00-17:00 (with some flexibility, if needed)

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff and management
• Experience in an educational or administrative role is a plus
• Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking
• Hebrew at a native level - high level of speaking and writing
• English at a high level
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Problem solving with agility and creativity
• Initiative and ability to work independently
• Systemic thinking along with attention to detail
• Experience in formal or informal education - an advantage
