Portal Shooting Range is Israel’s first experiential shooting range, designed to help you release stress through engaging activities. We offer fun and safe shooting experiences for adults, youth, and even children. Located on the way to the north or back, it is a perfect family attraction. The range hosts various team-building activities and special birthday celebrations, and offers shooting lessons for all ages. Participants can use professional airsoft training replicas of popular firearms. We are open seven days a week until 22:00.

Role Description

This is an on-site role located in Yoqneam Illit for an Experiential Shooting Range Instructor. The Instructor will be responsible for conducting guided shooting sessions, ensuring participant safety, providing instructions on the proper use of airsoft firearms, and maintaining a welcoming and secure environment. Tasks also include organizing and supervising group activities, including team-building exercises and birthday celebrations. The Instructor will help participants operate various airsoft rifles and pistols, ensuring a fun and safe experience for all ages.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to conduct group sessions and provide clear instructions
• Live in or near Yokneam
• Customer service-oriented mindset
• Fluency in Hebrew; proficiency in English required
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
