**Docomotion is an advanced document generation tool that enables businesses to easily design and generate complex documents It is tailored to meet the needs of businesses operating in a document-intensive, with a strong focus on insurance. Docomotion was recently acquired by Novidea, a leading insurtech company helping brokers, agencies, MGAs, and coverholders manage the full policy lifecycle. Our innovative, data-driven platform supports smarter decisions, cross-selling, and up-selling across all lines of business.

**What You’ll Do?

**As part of our professional services team, you will be responsible for creating and managing the document design process for our clients. Starting with communicating with the client and understanding their needs, then breaking the needs down to a work plan and finally designing the documents for the clients.

You will be designing documents, creating templates with Docomotion tools, instructing clients on document design, and interacting with our clients from around the world (Entry-level position).

We offer on-board training in our systems and guidance from our senior design implementer.

What You Bring?

• Experience working with MS Word.
• High level English and Hebrew (both written and spoken).
• A self-driven and organized person.
• A proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in Salesforce – an advantage.
• Experience in graphic design – an advantage.
