We’re a leading global tech company developing a cutting-edge virtual platform for managing innovation within large enterprises. Our system enables large-scale brainstorming by gathering ideas and data from clients’ employees or customers.

Location: Headquartered in Rosh HaAyin, with 2 days remote work per week.

Role Requirements:

• 10+ years in backend development, including 3+ years in a lead or tech lead role
• Expert in Node.js (5+ years), NestJS (3+ years), MongoDB & PostgreSQL (5+ years each), GraphQL (3+ years)
• Proven experience designing and managing microservices architecture (3+ years)
• Strong TypeScript and JavaScript skills (5+ years)
• Proficient with monitoring & logging frameworks
• Experience building and scaling production systems for large-scale applications
• Hands-on cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, 3+ years)
• Skilled in Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing (3+ years)
• Excellent documentation and technical diagramming skills
