We're Hiring | Software Integration & Test Engineer – Real-Time Systems

Join the Aircraft Retrofit & Upgrade Plant at IAI’s Aviation Division and become a key player in real-time software integration and testing for advanced avionics systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual and automated software testing for real-time embedded systems

• Write and maintain test plans, test cases, and test execution documentation

• Build software releases and prepare official release notes

• Install and validate software versions on target platforms

• Interface with customers, collect feedback, and provide follow-up support

• Ensure project targets are met, including quality, timeline, and compliance with internal engineering procedures

• Work as part of a team while demonstrating strong self-learning capabilities

Requirements:

• Academic degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering – mandatory

• Over 5 years of experience in testing RT/Embedded systems – mandatory

• Willingness to travel abroad as part of the role

• Familiarity with programming in C, C++, and C# – advantage

• Understanding of software integration processes – mandatory

• Experience in automation and scripting – advantage

• Knowledge of avionics systems – advantage

• Experience with DevOps methodologies – advantage

• Proficiency with ALM tools and CI/CD pipelines

• Hands-on experience with Python – advantage
