Role Description

We’re hiring a passionate and experienced Digital Learning Specialist to develop, produce and manage top quality digital learning tools (videos, games, online courses and modules, presentations etc.), and help take our organizational learning to the next level.

You’ll do everything from A-Z: identify learning requirements, develop content and creative, manage the LMS and digital learning within the company.

Qualifications:

- Real passion for developing digital learning tools and creating content.

- At least 4 years of relevant experience in the production of digital learning tools.

- Proficiency in Learning Management and Learning Management Systems.

- Excellent and effective writing skills.

- Endless creativity.

- Ability to transform textual content to visual content.

- Design experience using AI & tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator.

- Good knowledge of multimedia generators such as Storyline, Camtasia.

- Ability to create content using AI tools such as Capcut, veo 3, runway, sora, hedra.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

- Ability to receive and integrate constructive feedback.

Advantages:

- Bachelor's degree in Education/ Training/ Human Resources OR significant training in LMS / visual communication/ UX-UI

- Editing experience using TikTok or similar

- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PPT
