We are looking for a QA Engineer with a strong focus on testing complex systems to join our team. This role is critical for validating web applications and ensuring seamless integration across multiple platforms while maintaining high-quality products.

In this position, you will execute comprehensive testing strategies that prioritize back-end functionality and API validation. You will validate integrations with third-party systems to ensure efficient data flow and enhance the quality of our integrated systems.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop Test Plans: Create and maintain comprehensive test plans to ensure thorough testing coverage
• Collaborate with Teams: Work with developers and product managers to define acceptance criteria and deliver high-quality features
• Utilize Testing Tools: Use tools like Postman, Swagger, and browser dev tools to validate web functionalities, API interactions, and backend responses
• Conduct Cloud Testing: Test and validate infrastructure components in a cloud environment, preferably AWS

You’ll do it using:

• 3+ years of Proven experience in manual QA testing for complex systems
• Deep understanding of web application testing methodologies
• Familiarity with testing integrations with third-party services and APIs by using Postman, Swagger, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of QA processes, test case design, and defect tracking tools
• English proficiency (written and verbal)
• Background in test automation frameworks for UI testing (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar) – an advantage
• Background in test automation using Python – an advantage
• Familiar with Relational Data Bases and SQL – an advantage
• Knowledge of performance testing and monitoring tools – an advantage
• Experience in the insurance or banking industries – an advantage
