A leading organization is looking for a Digital System Analyst with strong project management orientation and experience in Customer-Facing digital systems, including company websites and internal portals.

What will you do?

Analyze business requirements and collaborate with development, QA, and business teams

Write detailed specifications and user stories, define clear requirements, and maintain accurate documentation

Identify and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance user experience and operational efficiency

Work closely with AI specialists to apply advanced LLM-based features

Lead cross-organizational processes and work with global interfaces

What we’re looking for:

Relevant academic background (Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or similar)

3+ years of experience in system analysis and managing digital projects/products

Hands-on experience with Customer-Facing systems – strong advantage

Familiarity with AI technologies and their implementation – an advantage

Excellent English – both written and spoken

Location: Haifa (next to a train station)

Work model: Hybrid – 3 days from the office, 2 days from home

Type: Full-time
