We are looking for a highly organized and service-oriented Office Operations Specialist (Maternity Cover) to be the heart of our office and help make the employee experience smooth, fun, and seamless.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact at the office – greeting guests, candidates, and employees with warmth and professionalism
• Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area at all times
• Oversee kitchen and office inventory: monitor stock levels and collaborate closely with the Office Manager to ensure smooth replenishment and availability
• Oversee food deliveries, cleaning services, and general office upkeep
• Support logistics for employee-facing events and day-to-day office needs
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a fun, efficient, and well-run workspace
• Juggle multiple tasks simultaneously with a positive, can-do mindset

Requirements

• Background in office operations, administration, hospitality, or customer service roles
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in both Hebrew and English
• Strong multitasking abilities, time management, and organizational skills
• A service mindset and attention to detail, with the ability to proactively identify and solve problems
• Passion for employee care and proactive problem-solving
• High level of ownership, independence, and a positive “can-do” attitude
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced and people-focused environment
• Full-time availability for on-site presence at our Tel Aviv office (this is not a hybrid position)
