Job Summary:

Join our dynamic team to provide technical and applicative support to clients. You’ll offer real-time solutions, deliver training, collaborate with R&D and project managers, and guide clients through advanced systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing our users with an outstanding customer experience - our mission is to make every interaction secure and seamless.
• Offering amazing customer service via emails, and calls.
• Conduct training sessions and troubleshoot client issues.
• Collaborating with internal departments and engagement teams to resolve issues efficiently and enhance the user experience.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in technical or customer support.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with payment gateways or financial technology.
• Familiarity with advanced technical systems or software troubleshooting.
